No matter the scenario, everyday people and trivia enthusiasts alike are sure to have fun navigating the newest version of the world\'s favorite trivia game: TRIVIAL PURSUIT: Team Edition. \'The new TRIVIAL PURSUIT: Team Edition game will change how you experience trivia,\' said Jay Bruns, Global Marketing Director for Hasbro Games. \'No matter what or how much you know, everyone can be involved in this fun and social version of the game that encourages teams to work together to answer questions.\' Instead of the traditional right or wrong questions found in previous versions of TRIVIAL PURSUIT, players will now have the opportunity to answer six different types of questions, including the following: multiple choice, name six, go for broke, reference, more or less, and \'are you the expert?\'. But, more important, for the first time ever, you can earn partial credit for answering the question mostly right….or answering correctly on the second (or third) try. Players choose from subcategories of the classic TRIVIAL PURSUIT topics. For example, you might select \'Writers in Jail\' from Art & Literature, \'Pucker Up\' from Entertainment, \'Here Kitty Kitty\' from Science & Nature or \'Fashion of the First Ladies\' from History. TRIVIAL PURSUIT: Team Edition is played in four rounds, with six questions in each round. There\'s no need to collect wedges for each category, just be the team ahead at the end of the game. Teams can earn anywhere from 1 to 6 points for each question, depending on how they answer. At the beginning of each game, players select a fresh deck from among the 12 individually wrapped decks included in the game.
