Please note that because we are not an "Internet Mail Order Only" company (we actually have a shop) we cannot guarantee that all items listed on this site are in stock. We try to maintain stocks of all items that we list (unless otherwise stated), but if we are out of stock of an item we will do our best to get a restock as quickly as possible.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We recommend that customers do not use email for credit card information. It is safer to use either the online ordering (which is encrypted), or the telephone.
Within UK we charge 10% (minimum charge 80p, maximum £5.00), Orders over £80.00 p&p is FREE. *Please see note about pre-orders below*

Please note that orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to Customs charges and/or import taxes. If you are in doubt as to whether these charges will apply to you please check with your country's customs before placing an order.
*NOTE* For shipments outside the UK we normally charge as set out above, however in some cases where an item is particularly heavy in relation to its cost we may have to charge extra. The amount we have to charge will depend on the exact weight of the item and the exact destination, and so we will email you to advise you of the full charge, and we will ask for your agreement. If you then do not wish to continue with the order we will refund in full any charges that have been made.

Pre-Orders
Please note, pre-ordered items will be treated as seperate orders as far as shipping charges are concerned ie. when a pre-ordered item becomes available the shipping charge for that item(s) will be calculated indepentently of any other items which were ordered at the same time. This may mean that additional charges are required.
If you would like items to be held until all items on the order are available please contact us by telephone or email.
Please note: All prices for PRE-ORDERS are subject to change. If we have to change a price you will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel your order.
If part of your order is in stock and part out of stock we sometimes will hold your order for a day or two pending restocks, but if we do not expect a restock in the next day or two we will send what we have and back order the balance (unless we are unable to get restocks, when we will inform you).

PLEASE NOTE: Leisure Games is not responsible for costs incurred in supplying or returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs.
Leisure Games reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
