Leisure Games' 25th Anniversary Monday 30th August 2010 marks exactly 25 years since Leisure Games first opened it's doors. To mark this fact, we are inviting variuous people from the gaming industry to come along to the shop in North London and also we are offering 10% discount off everything purchased in-store that day! So why not come along and join in the fun! The shop will be open from 11am to 4pm, and amongst others we now have confirmed as guests: * Francis Tresham (18xx designer) unveiling for the first time his new upcoming game "Judge in Circuit" * Jean-Marie Minguez, artist for the new Mr Jack pocket edition, signing copies of the game which is currently not yet available anywhere else in the UK (to our knowledge). * Andrew Peregrine running some one hour demos of Dr Who RPG (featuring Sally Sparrow) throughout the day * Pete Burley, designer of 'Take It Easy', 'Kamisado', 'Treasure Island' and others, demonstrating his games. Esdevium Games have kindly donated lots of free goodies for us to give out as prizes and as free gifts during the day. Amongst them there is a copy of the Rogue Trader Limited edition RPG, a 'numbered print' piece of Warhammer art, a Start Wars AT-AT, a D&D Colossal Red Dragon, and much, much more! Parking: Resident and business permit holder bays in the area are NOT operational on Bank Holidays, so you can park down the side streets around the shop all day. Leisure Games Events We are currently compiling a calendar of events.
