Welcome to Army of Frogs!
New from British designer John Yianni, the inventor of Hive, Army of Frogs ('AoF') is a family game that will drive you hopping mad!
Strategically place your Frog stones and hop over other Frogs, aiming to connect all of the Frogs of your own colour while preventing your opponents from doing the same.
The game helps to develop strategic planning, spatial awareness and problem solving skills, but most of all it is brilliant fun!
The name "Army of Frogs" refers to the collective noun for a group of frogs, similar to a "school of fish" or even a "murder of crows".
What's included?
An Army of Frogs set contains 40 Frog stones (measuring 47 mm from tip to tip), 4 colour indicator discs, an illustrated rules leaflet and a cloth bag.
Hive is a brilliant game of strategy for two played with highly tactile resin tiles. The aim of the game is to be the first player to surround your opponent's Queen Bee using a team of assorted creatures of both your own and your opponent's colour.
Because each creature has its own way of moving about the Hive, the game is sometimes called 'nature's chess', yet simpler rules, no need for a board and an added dimension make it a far more flexible and accessible game that can be played anywhere. Simply great fun!
A Hive set contains 22 chunky resin tiles (measuring 43 mm from tip to tip), an illustrated rules leaflet, a quick reference card and a travel bag.
Only available in black.
Welcome to Trax!
The classic game of strategy for two players, Trax is simple to learn but infinitely challenging to master!
Played with highly tactile resin tiles, the aim is to create a loop or winning line in your own colour, while stopping your opponent from doing the same.
Trax is a game of pure skill. The rules create an excellent balance between defence and attack which ensures that the initiative swings from one side to the other and back again throughout the game.
The first loop or winning line wins the game, so games between new players may be over very quickly. As you continue to play, though, you will gradually discover the strategies and subtleties that make Trax such a deep and fascinating game.
A Trax set contains 64 double-sided resin tiles (3cm x 3cm) and an illustrated rules booklet, all in a vinyl travel bag.
