Stalin’s Onslaught has introduced players to the world of massive artillery bombardments. These terrifying deluges of hot steel will wreck the enemy’s defences and prepare the way for you assaults. Alternatively, you could use a Devastating Bombardment defensively, breaking up the enemy troops as they try to assault your positions.

It will be very hard for your opponent to hide from a full 12”/30cm square template!

The Devastating Bombardment Template can currently be used by all armies as long as you have something that fires a template! We have cunningly designed it so that you have a regular sized template in the middle, so that you can carefully position it over the enemies troops without touching them. This also allows you to show your opponent just how many of their figures are under it!

Additionally you now no-longer need to worry about trying to put two regular templates together when you have 8 or more guns firing as the template also has the markings for a double-width Artillery bombardment.

The Devastating Bombardment Template can also be used with the Soviet Katyusha Rocket Battalion or the German Armoured Rocket Launcher Battery equipped with Panzerwerfer 42 rocket launchers. You will need 14 or more guns firing in your bombardment to take advantage of the Devastating Bombardment template.

Best of all, if you are using a tank army, the template is so big you can probably carry your entire army on it – although we don’t seriously recommend it..
